System (EDRMS) on the SharePoint platform which is being deployed at Massey University. This exciting information project will allow the University to better manage and control our information as a strategic asset in order to support our position as New Zealand's
defining University. <br>

This is a full time 18 months (fixed term) position. You will report to the University Records Manager and you will work as part of the records team. This role is a challenging position and requires a keen and dynamic individual to fulfill it, but in return
you will gain invaluable knowledge and experience in the implementation of a compliant and effective electronic record keeping solution within a large tertiary setting.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:15.6pt"><span lang="EN-NZ" style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"">You will play a pivotal role that contributes to the success of the EDRMS project and the effective service delivery of the newly
established University Records Management programme of work. This programme promotes excellence in managing records and information at Massey and supports compliance with the Public Records Act 2005.

To be successful you will need to possess knowledge and skills of Electronic Documents and Records Management systems, high level planning and organisational skills, and experience of information and/or records management projects in a large organisation. You
will have demonstrated skills in information technology applications including data management, MS Office and other relevant applications. You will have proven ability in project management and relationship development with staff and key stakeholders at all
levels. You will have strong analytical skills in interpreting the Public Records Act requirements into the delivery of effective electronic solutions to meet the University’s needs. It is desirable that you have experience in using SharePoint 2010/2013 and
a formal project management methodology.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
