<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I’m looking to find a person with the necessary experience and interest to do some cataloguing of the Birtwistle Local Studies Library collection in Armadale.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The library is located within the Armadale Central Shopping Centre and a 10 minute walk from the Armadale train station.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Two private archive collections have come into the library and so added to the items pending cataloguing.
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Items include letters, photographs, documents, diaries and some ephemera.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">This would initially be a short term contract of about 20 hours, with a possibility of an extension.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Hours Monday to Thursday, with a possibility of some Fridays, are negotiable.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The hourly rates of pay are commensurate with the local government awards.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
