both OUA students and Curtin students will be organised for the OUA SP2, in particular July and for the Curtin mid-year break which is July, after students have completed the unit.

<span style="font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"">If you answered YES* to any of the subsequent questions then you are required to undertake a three-week full-time practicum (third year, grad dip and MIM students) before the start of SP3, 2013 (OUA students)
or Semester 2, 2013. Students need to make arrangements for leave from work and/or childcare in order to undertake the practicum. However, there may be some flexibility for exceptional cases where it is not possible to undertake the practicum full time or
during the time periods outlined in the Practicum Manual. Please contact me as soon as possible should you have any queries or concerns regarding these requirements.

complete and return the Practicum Application Form, a CV and the Contact Details Spreadsheet. It is important that you read all instructions carefully and complete and return all forms correctly so as not to delay the organisation of your placement. Incomplete
or incorrect forms will be returned to you for correction, which may mean missing out on your preferred placement venue. ALL completed documents MUST be emailed as attachments to
