<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Since the monks established New Norcia in 1847, the library has been an integral part of the monastery. Their immense collection is mostly religious, but it has
an eclectic general collection covering many aspects of Australiana, and there is also a large holding of early imprint books dating back to 1508.</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><o:p></o:p></span></p>
