<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Following on from the successful 2010 study tour to Singapore, planning has now commenced towards a library study tour to New Zealand in 2013.
<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif""><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">It is anticipated that this tour could occur around the time of the LIANZA conference, scheduled to be held from 19 – 23 October 2013 in Hamilton. Costs will be kept to a minimum and will
be dependent on final arrangements. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif""><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">The study tour will be organised by State Library together with Public Library representatives. A program will be developed encompassing a range of visits to a cross section of public libraries
together with other libraries of interest. Potentially, the Study Tour may make visits to libraries in Christchurch, Wellington and Auckland however this level of planning has not been finalised.
