<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-autospace:none"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">A full time contract position is available in the Technical Library at Shell Development (Australia) Pty Ltd. at 2 Victoria Ave, Perth.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-autospace:none"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Responsibilities include provision of basic reference and information services to users. Clerical duties include library catalogue
maintenance, catalogue labeling, shelving, electronic filing (drag/drop), document scanning, downloading from extranets, and archiving. Processing of incoming and outgoing mail packages, receive and distribute journals and newsletters.
<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-autospace:none"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">The Shell Technical Library manages physical and electronic collections of Oil & Gas exploration geological reports, wells and marine
seismic survey data housed on various physical media.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-autospace:none"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">You will be working in a small dynamic team which specializes in the management of subsurface data, software applications and workflows
support to the Exploration & Development Geology – Geophysics – Petrophysics professionals within the organization.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
