interest are invited from suitably qualified officers to apply for temporary
transfer to two Executive Level 1 vacancies in the Information Management (IM)
Section. &nbsp;The IM Section incorporates DoHA’s Library and the Records Management
Team. &nbsp;The Records Management Team has responsibility for the strategic
management of Departmental corporate records. </span><br>

<span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>The vacancies
are available for an immediate start. &nbsp;Any removal or travel costs will be
the responsibility of applicants and will not be met by the Department. </span><br>

<b><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>About <i>Position
1:</i></span></b> <br>
<br>
<span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>This position
will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Department’s
Records Authorities. &nbsp;A Records Authority is the legal instrument issued
by the National Archives of Australia (NAA) to give Australian Government
agencies approval to dispose of Commonwealth records. &nbsp;Records Authorities
specify the minimum length of time that Commonwealth records should be kept.
&nbsp;The successful applicant will need to be a highly motivated person and
will:</span> <o:p></o:p></p>

     Authorities, in accordance with the standards set by the NAA.</span> <o:p></o:p></li>

     documentation in relation to the Records Authorities development process
     and related governance requirements.</span> <o:p></o:p></li>

     extensive stakeholder consultations and research, as part of the
