[Hum-DIS] Enterprise Digital Signatures Tool

Good Morning,

I am interested in finding out if any government agency has an enterprise digital signatures tool that they've implemented, and if so, whether they would be willing to share their reason (risk assessment and cost comparison) for selecting that tool?
