[Hum-DIS] Update on the ASA's advocacy efforts - media response to the Langoulant Report

Hi everyone,

The recent Langoulant Report on Government Programs and Projects 2008-17<https://publicsector.wa.gov.au/public-administration/sector-performance-and-oversight/reviews-investigations-and-special-inquiries/special-inquiries/inquiry-government-programs-and-projects> is full of references to failed/inadequate data, information and records management, and how these factors frustrated the review or led to problems of transparency and accountability with major WA Government Projects.
