Dear Hum-Dis readers,
This is another message directed to our cyclone and flood damaged friends in Queensland (and Northern New South Wales).
As Queensland is prone to dealing with collections damaged by water, wind and mould, the State Library of Queensland has prepared some very good information on how to respond to save collections or documents.
http://www.slq.qld.gov.au/resources/preserving-collections/salvage_damaged_collections
There is very good and practical advice here and of course it applies to both public and private collections.
Please share with anyone who might be in need.
Best wishes,
Paul
