Information Enterprises Australia is seeking a Records Officer for a contract with one of our local government clients.
The position is part time (Monday and Tuesday) with some additional days as required i.e. during school holidays and is for a period of 1 to 2 months

The successful candidate will be required to manage the records management system, assist in the processing of Freedom of Information requests, provide training to staff and provide support, mentoring and training to staff in the Information Management Unit. The position will also be the HP TRIM administrator.

We are seeking an experienced Records Manager with exceptional skills in:

  *   Experience with vetting, collating and analysing documents in relation to Freedom of Information applications.
  *   Experience in training staff on HP TRIM.
  *   HP TRIM administrator knowledge to conduct system maintenance (correcting HP TRIM locations and Authority integration locations)
  *   Understanding of Keyword for Council AAA for classifying and registering incoming correspondence.
  *   Experience in providing records management advice, support, training and guidance to all staff.

Our client requires an immediate start.
