Hi,

ECU library staff has had some recent opportunities to undertake project work, to which a number of library staff have been appointed.  This has resulted in some vacancies to back fill a variety of roles in the library starting asap and working until the end of 2017.

Expressions of Interest are sought for the positions of:

  1.  Subject Librarian HEW6 x 1 Full time
  2.  Library Technicians HEW4 x 2

The Librarian Role:
Edith Cowan University - 37.5 hours a week mostly based at the Mount Lawley Campus however, the role supports the School of Education across all three of our campuses: Joondalup, Mount Lawley and Bunbury.
We are seeking an individual with good knowledge and suitable experience in an academic library environment who will be committed to outstanding support and service to support the University's strategic initiatives.
This position also includes representing ECU Library at internal and external events.

The Library Technician Roles (Two positions):
Edith Cowan University - 37.5. hours per week, based at the Joondalup Campus, however the successful applicants could be required to move between campuses.  We are seeking individuals with a variety of experience, but desirable would be to have VDX or Acquisitions experience, flexible attitude, providing customer focussed delivery of services to Library clients.
