Dear Perth based Hum-DIS readers,
CURTIS, the Curtin Information Studies Social Club, has organised a social event in a city location for this coming Thursday, the 23rd. In addition to meeting other current students and new graduates you will also have an opportunity to meet with office bearers of the Australian Library and Information Association, and Records and Information Management Professionals Australasia. So this is a social event with some real professional value attached!
Please find the details of the meeting below and attached. Needless to say off-campus (online) students are very welcome!
I encourage all students to become involved in CURTIS activities as an excellent way of improving your contacts with other students and the wider profession.
Regards
Paul
