Applications for Kay Poustie Scholarship and 2017 Library Board Award for Excellence close on TOMORROW!!!

The Kay Poustie Scholarship is a grant of up to $5,000  available for a library professional in WA to travel overseas to either explore ideas and initiatives that could potentially be applied to the WA public library network or to attend a professional international conference. The annual scholarship is a partnership between the State Library of WA and Public Libraries WA. The 2017 Library Board Award for Excellence recognises excellence and innovation in the library sector by any person, library or organisation in Western Australia. The award is open to all areas of the library industry, including academic, public, school and special libraries, as well as to other individuals and organisations who have recently had an impact on the promotion, provision and support of library services in Western Australia.
