EDRMS Business Analyst

  *   Business Analyst- Records Manager 8 /TRIM
  *   NSW Government Department
  *   Parramatta location
Government agency is seeking a Business Analyst with RM8/TRIM experience who has demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and the experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams to provide effective solutions.

Key Accountabilities

  *   Assessing business processes, deciphering requirements and contributing to implementation in consultation with stakeholders.
  *   Facilitating change with the end user through elicitation, needs analysis and a thorough understanding of workflow and Information Management principals.
  *   Translating business needs into clear, concise, effective documentation - including not limited to; processes and procedures, forms, reporting requirements, migration planning and governance requirements.
  *   Strong technical skills - proven ability to identify gaps, appraise methodology and be able to help with general administrative tasks and enhancement to RM8/TRIM
Successful candidate

  *   Must have Information Management experience.
  *   Will be organised and results orientated with ability to set priorities.
  *   Logical yet innovative problem solving skills.
  *   Strong communicator both written and verbal - you will be adept at drawing out from stakeholders the requirements of their business units, see how this fits in with the agency objective and influence change with the end user.
  *   Experience within government sector or ability to quickly develop understanding of this environment.
  *   High attention to detail.
