Salary: $77k + super + 9 day fortnight.

The Records Classification Supervisor plays a key role in the Records Management Program by providing specialist advice and guidance on recordkeeping practices and processes throughout Council. In this leadership role, you will coordinate and supervise the Classification and Archives team to provide high levels of customer service and ensure performance measures are reviewed and maintained. The Records Classification Supervisor must have highly developed organisational, analytical and time management skills and demonstrate effective leadership and communication skills.
This position requires a person with records and archive management experience at a strategic and operational level and who has a high level of knowledge and skill in working with electronic document and records management systems. Experience in the development of Business Classification Schemes, Disposal Authorities and the application of Retention and Disposal Schedules is essential.
