The Parramatta Heritage & Visitor Information Centre is looking for dynamic individuals across the archives, library and museum fields to promote our services & create culturally enlightening experiences for our multicultural communities.



This position is responsible for the provision of research and information services to both physical and virtual customers. The purpose of this position is to advise, assist and educate clients on research services, resources and products in the areas of local history, genealogy, cultural collections and the broader Parramatta culture. This position is casual and may include weekend work, as rostered. This position is required to work front & back of the house and liaising face-to-face with the public.



This position will work with a range of internal and external clients to maximise Council's research services and facilities and will operate cooperatively as part of the Research Services team.
