Are you an enthusiastic, organised individual who is interested in joining a dynamic, innovative University library?



As a Library Officer, you will undertake a range of tasks for the University Library to assist client access to Library resources, services and facilities. These tasks include the acquisition, processing, maintenance and lending of scholarly information resources to clients. As a member of a Library team, you may also coordinate the work of Library Student Assistants in the performance of those tasks.



To be successful you require completion of year 12 or a diploma level qualification with some relevant work experience in a library. Proven interpersonal skills and a commitment to quality client service are required. Demonstrated experience with lending, acquisitions, reserve processing, document delivery or copy cataloguing and the ability to train and coordinate the work of others will be highly regarded.
