Greetings from Fremantle

The University Library is seeking to recruit a liaison librarian (Level 7, Part-time 0.9FTE) for a period of 12 months.  The successful applicant will be replacing a colleague who is away on paternity leave and will work at our Fremantle Campus in our Research Services team.  The position is available from mid-August 2016

This position is responsible for developing and maintaining effective relationships between the library and the schools of Health Sciences, Medicine, Nursing and Midwifery and Physiotherapy. The position is also responsible for developing library collections that effectively support the teaching and research of these schools and for ensuring that staff and students can utilise these collections effectively to achieve their research goals.
