Team Leader - Information Services & Administration


·         Full-time, 18 month maximum term position, based in Victoria Park
·         $77,287 per annum with 5 week's annual leave (pro rata) with 17.5% leave loading and salary packaging available

UnitingCare West is looking for an outstanding person to shape its information service and administration and functions.  The successful candidate will have experience evolving and leading a team in the delivery of records management and administration systems, in a manner that supports operational integration and growth.
The successful candidate will report to the Manager ICT, Information Services and Administration within UCW's multi-disciplinary Corporate Services team.
The role is situated at UnitingCare West's Central Offices in Victoria Park.  UCW is a values-based organisation committed to achieving justice, hope and opportunity for all.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate:

  *   The ability to work at both a strategic and a functional level.
  *   Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills.
  *   Technical knowledge and skills pertaining to information management, ideally using Technology One.
  *   Capacity to lead a team delivering functions including records management, reception and procurement.
  *   A strong desire to work in an organisation with a focus on values, mission and service.

You must be able to obtain a current National Police Clearance (or have one that is less than 6 months old) and hold a WA driver's licence for this position.
