Join children's book illustrator and story teller, Samantha Hughes, at Paper Bird Children's Books & Arts as she workshops the use of puppets in story time sessions. Sam is an experienced story teller, artist, and librarian who loves creating silly stories. Sam has a wealth of experience working with children, teachers and librarians across the state. Her enthusiasm and advice will have you ready to bust out the puppets at your next Story Time. Respected children's librarians Aniek Ragan, Francine Nababan & Linda Thorne will join Sam on a panel to discuss engaging families with stories. Hosted by Fremantle's Steve McQuade. Wine and new release children's books will also be on hand to enjoy.
