The Australian Geoscience Information Association (AGIA) http://agia.org.au/ has organised a seminar on legacy data: Looking at the past, thinking of the future, and yes, the theme is geoscience information but the parallels with the myriads of other data and information that we information professionals have to deal with are endless. You can learn heaps from the experiences of others and will have the opportunity, if you so wish, to share some of your own story/ies.

Details of this upcoming event are at: http://agia.org.au/ Bookings are now open.
