Level:                 7, Step 1-4, $78,190 - $86,971

Type:                  Part-time 0.9FTE, Continuing
The University Library, Fremantle Campus is seeking an experienced part-time (0.9FTE) Liaison Librarian to join the team on a continuing basis.

This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective relationships between the Library and designated Schools. This position develops library collections that effectively support the teaching and research of these schools and centres, and ensure that staff and students can utilise these collections effectively to achieve their research goals.

The initial school allocation will be with the Schools of Arts & Sciences and Philosophy & Theology, this designation may change over time in accordance with operational requirements.

The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve and prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines. A tertiary level qualification combined with professional librarian experience is essential for this role.
