[Hum-DIS] UNDERGRADUATES (BA) ONLY: study plans

This email is for UNDERGRADUATES ONLY ...

You should have used the DIY study plan sent out by OCC in September to map out the year/semester (or study period) of each unit for the rest of your course. Please contact me if you did not receive this OCC.

If you are unsure about what to enrol in next semester/study period or have any questions then please fill in the DIY study plan and email it to me with your questions. If you are studying through OUA, please also attach your OUA record of results.

CRL for Discontinued units
If you had Credit for Recognised Learning for any of the units that are no longer offered after 2015, then you should have been contacted with further information about this. Please email me if you are still unsure.

Practicums and the new prac units
Most students will complete their first year prac in Information Services Foundation Practicum and their third year prac in Information Services Professional Practicum.

A small handful of students will either have completed the prac for that year in another unit before enrolling in the prac unit, or will need to complete their prac in either Librarianship Concepts and Practices (first year) or Information Theory and Research (third year). If this applies to you we will email you about this by the middle of January. If you think that this applies to you but have not heard by 15 January, then please contact me for confirmation.
