Librarian - Young People's Services 6 month contract position, City of Armadale

We at the City of Armadale Library Service have been silly enough to let our fantastic Librarian Young People's Services take leave for 6 months.
So we are seeking expressions of interest from other fantastic librarians with an interest in YPS work who want to fill very big shoes for this period of time!

The dates are Monday 7 September 2014 to Friday to Friday 18 March 2016 that includes a week handover at the beginning and end. The duties include: storytime, baby rhyme time, arranging school holiday and other activities and programs, doing school visits associated with Better Beginnings, stock selection and assisting library users particularly in relation to the children's libraries in our 3 branches.

The positon is a full time one, though we would consider a 4 day per week expression of interest. The salary range is $66,818 to $77,282 (+ superannuation) depending on experience.
