Hi everyone,

Following on from the success of the last year's ALIA WA Symposium, we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers, with lots of ideas and energy, to be part of the 2015 Committee.

The event will be held mid-year and is aimed at all library workers in WA. It is an opportunity for those new to the profession to discuss ideas and for those who bring more experience to share their knowledge. For those of you who did not attend the 2014 Symposium, programme details are available at https://aliawasymposium.wordpress.com/programme/

The following positions will be up for grabs for those interested in helping out:

Convenor
Deputy Convenor
Treasurer
Secretary
Speaker Liaison
Marketing and Social Media Coordinator
Venue and Catering Coordinator

If you are interested in helping out, or simply finding out more information, please contact m at tthi.as<mailto:m at tthi.as> by the 1 February. It is hoped to organise a meeting in early February to discuss ideas and start the planning.
