Manager Library Services
Full Time - Permanent

With unprecedented growth within the Shire over the next few years there is no better time to join the Shire of Northam team than now.

If you have proven people management and supervisory experience in a public library or similar customer service environment, thorough knowledge of public library practices and procedures and relevant qualifications then this is the role for you. The successful applicant will have experience in leading and working in a library team plus a sound knowledge of the State Library of Western Australia and its functions. Experience in and ability to manage a cross cultural customer service environment is desirable.

The Manager Library Services is responsible for the planning, implementation and promotion of an efficient, effective and responsive library service to meet the needs of the Shire of Northam community, including the Northam and Wundowie Libraries and associated community programmes.
