Location: University of Technology, Building 10, Room CB10.05.580 (Level 5, three floors above street level)

Event Description:
Many students in the Sydney region are studying at a distance and we would like to give them an opportunity to:

meet fellow students in their field to discuss issues in archives and learning
meet members of the ASA and see what the ASA has to offer
meet likely archival employers and agency representatives
meet archivists with diverse professional experience.

The event will include a number of short talks from professional archivists on their professional experience, with a more informal discussion to follow.
Donation: $5 to cover drinks and nibbles (Alcohol will not be served at this event to comply with UTS rules. After the event all those interested can continue at the local pub around the corner.)
