As Records Manager, your industry knowledge and expertise will assist in developing records management programs and systems that meet the strategic objectives of the University, deliver organisational benefits and comply with legislative obligations.

Your excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, along with your natural ability to motivate and engage key stakeholders will ensure potential risks to records management are identified early. Strong attention to detail and a methodical and systematic approach will help provide timely deliverables to a consistently high standard.

Demonstrated project management experience across a complex and dynamic environment, and understanding of contemporary issues in records and information legislation policy, will enable you to continually review and research ways to improve on current practices.

To be successful, you need a postgraduate qualification combined with relevant industry experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of all aspects of Australian records management and related state and federal legislation is essential.

Benefits and Remuneration:

The salary ranges presented are those which are contained within the University's Enterprise Agreements; as are the employee benefits which include employer superannuation contribution at the rate of the current Government Superannuation Guarantee amount up to 17 percent, study assistance, a comprehensive salary packaging and wellness programs and flexible and family friendly work practices.
