Dear students

This role will be ongoing indefinitely and candidates must be qualified (candidates close to graduating will also be considered). This position is full time with a 37.5 hour week. Location Perth city.

The person we're looking for will be capable of the following tasks and competencies:

1.        Demonstrated knowledge of information management practices and current industry standards
2.        Demonstrated experience in analysis of business requirements to solve IM problems as well as providing IM guidance and training
3.        Demonstrated ability to work with Electronic Information Management & Records Systems (EDRMS)
4.        Proven ability to work in a remote team environment, including ability to set own work priorities, apply initiative, be self-motivated, and complete tasks
5.        Demonstrated ability to identify issues or problems and contribute to the development of strategies, ideas and opportunities for resolving them
6.        Demonstrated ability to provide IM support and training services to internal and external customers

This person will be employed by Grace Records Management, however they will be seconded to one of our major corporate clients.
