Branch Librarian, Coolbellup Library - Full Time

To be considered for this role you will need substantial supervisory experience within a library environment, knowledge and understanding of the provision of both young people's and seniors services within a public library setting and high level written and verbal communication skills. You will also have recognised tertiary qualifications and be eligible for associate membership of ALIA. The successful applicant will lead the Coolbellup Library team to deliver innovative, client focussed and socially inclusive services to the City of Cockburn community.
Salary: $69,386 - $74,972 per annum depending on qualifications and experience.

Young People's Librarian - Coolbellup Library - Part Time

The Library Service is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person who, in liaison with the Young People's Services Coordinator, will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of library programmes specifically for children and young people of the City of Cockburn.   This person will also be responsible for the development and maintenance of a collaborative partnership with the City's Youth Services, who provide programs for at risk youth at the Coolbellup Hub.
Base hourly rate: $32.43 - $33.65/hr, depending on qualifications and experience.
Hours: 38 hours per fortnight - Mondays, Wednesdays and alternate Saturday mornings. Penalty rates are payable on the Saturday hours.
