The RSL in Western Australia, the leading Ex-Service Organisation with over 10,000 members distributed across 130 Sub Branches throughout the State, is seeking the services of a highly motivated, reliable, team oriented person to undertake the duties of Records Manager.

The selected person will be responsible to the Chief Executive Officer and State Executive for:


  *   The management of records created by the WA State Branch of the RSL and the guidance of Sub Branches in managing records.
  *   The management of archival records created by the WA State Branch of the RSL and the guidance Sub Branches in managing archival records.


The successful applicant ideally will have suitable work experience including;


  *   Tertiary qualifications and eligibility for membership of an appropriate professional body;
  *   Well-developed interpersonal, communication and written skills are important as is the ability to present and train effectively and have empathy with the RSL ethos and the inter-generational membership and staff.
  *   Innovation, teamwork and high standards of corporate governance and professionalism are also needed.
  *   Ability to assess, recommend and establish appropriate records and information management systems to ensure legislative requirements are adhered to.

The position is part time based on 15 hours per week and based in our office on St Georges Tce, Perth.  The salary is $72k ‐ $95k pro rata.
