Grace team is seeking an Information Administrator that will work across library, records and document control disciplines to deliver exceptional information services and support to the business.

Specifically the position has the following key responsibilities:

*               Search, organise, process and profile information using the company's document management system

*               Liaison with internal customers to process and archive documents for offsite storage

*               Respond to information requests, including requests for documents held in offsite storage

*               Maintain security of information

*               Library tasks, including the provision of library research services

Details:

*               The successful candidate will be required to work Monday through Friday, although the hours of work can be flexible

*               The position will initially be for 6 months, with the possibility of extension

*               Start date is as soon as feasible

*               The location is the Perth CBD

*               Excellent computer skills required

*               The successful candidate will work with a team of between 11 and 15
