Team Leader - Retention, Disposal, Scanning:
Due to consistent growth the need has arisen for a Practitioner with proven experience in Retention and Disposal processes, to lead our successful team.

You and your team will be carrying out indexing of client records, working on existing projects and new opportunities as they arise.  You will need to offer training and leadership.  In this supportive environment the focus is on ensuring that each team member is well equipped with the skills to manage the Retention and Disposal processes with high quality and speed.

To be successful in the role you will have previous experience archiving at a high level.  You need to be proactive, and have the ability to provide support and coaching to surrounding colleagues.  You will be highly motivated and client focused with exceptional organisational skills, excellent communication and time management and be well presented.
