We are looking for some students who are interested in short-term contracts over the next few months and I was wondering if you could post this on the Information Studies electronic distribution list to see if any of your students would be interested.

Short Term Contracts Available - Archiving and Appraisal of Corporate Records

The Information and Knowledge Management Team at Western Power is looking for students interested in working on corporate records archiving and appraisal projects for approximately 2-3 months over the Summer break.

Applicants must have some knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.  Training will be provided in the use of the corporate EDRMS - OpenText eDocs 6.0.5 (Experience not a necessity).

Successful applicants will be employed via an external recruitment agency and preference will be given to those willing to work 30 - 37.5hrs per week (although other hours may be negotiable).
