The City of Subiaco invites applications for two positions -

1.       an ongoing full time Library Officer from January 14 2013, and

2.       a part time (19 hours per week) Library Officer from January 14 to July 3 2013.



We are looking for two new team members who love working with the public, have very good attention to detail, are confident with technology, and who will make a positive contribution to our high performing team.



We require -

*    High level of customer service skills.

*    High level of written and verbal communication skills.

*    Sound knowledge of library service procedures.

*    Working knowledge of common reference tools.

*    Well developed ability to use Microsoft Office software.

*     Commitment to obtain a Working with Children Clearance if required.



The ongoing position is full time and includes one late night, one week day off per week, plus weekend work (one weekend in 3).

The part time position is rostered on Thursdays 8:30am - 8pm, and Fridays 8:30am - 5:30pm.
