Hi All,



Expressions of interest are invited from enthusiastic professionals for the position of Library Technician (HEW 4). This is a three month part-time contract with the successful applicant being required to work three days per week.



The key tasks for this position include assisting on the loans/enquiry desk, inputting online orders, collection maintenance, assisting with information literacy and orientation.



The position is based at the Mt Lawley campus and a start date will be negotiated with the successful applicant, however we are looking to start someone as soon as possible.



New graduates and library studies students are also encouraged to apply.



Interested candidates should send a covering letter of no more than one A4 page detailing the skills and attributes they would bring to the role and what they would hope to gain from the experience, along with a current CV to Steve McQuade (s.mcquade at ecu.edu.au<mailto:s.mcquade at ecu.edu.au>) by 5pm Tuesday 17 July 2012.



There is no requirement to address specific selection criteria however a position description is attached for your information.
