Subject: [WAIN] Vacancy - Technical Library Assistant at Bristow Helicopters Australia

An opportunity has arisen for a positive and enthusiastic team member to join our Technical Services Department in the role of Technical Library Assistant for a fixed term of 12 months. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone who is looking for career development in a specialised environment.

A process orientated mind is essential for this role which encompasses assisting in the operation and maintenance of our library. On a daily basis, this covers the prioritisation of tasks to ensure that Company and regulatory safety requirements are met, completion of the distribution of externally produced documentation to our bases, and the processing of formatted documents generated from other departments, facilitating their timely authorisation, publication and distribution.

We are looking for someone whose meticulous work focus is coupled with a consistent level of high attention to detail and a hands on approach to their roles. No prior experience in the aviation industry is needed, although the ability to work with initiative, displaying a strong sense of customer service and great communication, interpersonal and organisational skills is key!
