Apologies for cross posting.

Information Enterprises Australia Pty Ltd (IEA) is calling for Expressions of Interest from Records Managers/Records Technicians for an initial 6 month full time contract with our client located in Geraldton WA. The contract may be extended for a further 6 months depending upon the progress of the project.

Our Client, is a small not for profit organisation which undertakes projects which protect and repair the natural environment. Their current filing system is hard copy with no centralised control or management.

The Client is seeking to improve current records management systems and procedures. To date IEA has developed a Business Classification Scheme and Policies and we are scheduled to develop a Retention and Disposal Schedule in September 2012. The Client is very keen to implement an EDRMS with HP TRIM a possibility.

For this project to proceed there is a requirement for a Records Manager/Records Technician to work with our Client onsite in Geraldton to implement the EDRMS, Business Classification Scheme, Policies, Procedures and eventually an on site Inactive Storage area. Hence, this call for an Expression of Interest to undertake this challenging and exciting project working with Consultants from IEA and the Client.
Ideally, the candidate should have
* a minimum of 3 years experience.
* experience in the implementation of an EDRMS.
* experience with HP TRIM.
* an ability to work independently.

If the project proceeds the successful candidate must meet their own relocation expenses and accommodation/living expenses in Geraldton for the period of the project.

This is a contract position and remuneration will be based upon experience.
