We are seeking a pro-active and enthusiastic person to provide
administrative and clerical support to the Perth library team under the
direction of the local Library Manager.

 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience providing
administrative support in a corporate environment. 

 

The role is for 10 hours per week ideally over two days. 

 

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

Ensuring loose-leaf filling of the print services held in the Perth
office is maintained and up to date

Photocopying as required

Processing service desk requests for document delivery materials. 

Collection maintenance: shelving/filing/binding/end processing of Perth
based material

Data entry (checking in mail)

Operate and maintain local print-based current awareness services

 

 

 

Key Skills:

Attention to detail is a must
Strong experience using MS Office
Excellent client service

Ability to work independently within a small team
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks

Creative problem solving skills

Previous experience within a Corporate environment will be viewed
favourably
