If you are travelling to New Norcia by car please compete the student
section of the spreadsheet above and email it back to me. It is a Curtin
University Risk Management Office requirement that these details be kept
on file for insurance purposes.

 

The Curtin University Risk Management Office has changed the process of
fieldwork insurance, you are no longer required to sign an insurance
form however you must be provided with an "Insurance provided for
students involved in authorised activities" information sheet). Please
read this information sheet, attached above.
