Electronic Library Content Coordinator - 

work experience - June/July holidays

 

TZ Minerals International are global leaders in industry publishing and
consulting, and we are growing fast!  We're located in South Perth and
have branch offices in the USA, Netherlands, China and South Africa.

This newly created full-time casual role (school holidays) seeks a
confident and highly motivated student to provide support to the IT
Manager.

Working 40 hours/week during the school holidays and being a
self-starter, you will play a pivotal role in updating and categorising
electronic data into our new library system.  Your key tasks will
include:

*         Effective review and classification of existing documentation,

*         Arranging and electronic filing of documentation into
electronic library, 

 

We expect that you would be a 2nd or 3rd year student and have well
developed communication, organisation, and time management skills,
ideally having completed the majority of record keeping units.  

 

You will also be proficient in MS Office 2007 - 2010, strong attention
to detail and the ability to deal with ambiguity. Accuracy and the
ability to work in a team is essential for this role. The ability to
understand and interpret financial information is highly desirable.
Professional personal presentation is a requirement of this role.
