Records Services and Disposal Coordinator

The Public Transport Authority is looking to establish a pool of
suitably experienced and talented Records Services and Disposal
Coordinators.

 

In these roles you will provide records management services to assist
the Public Transport Authority with its records and information
management needs, at a level that meets recordkeeping standards and
legislative requirements.

 

You will also be delivering appropriate records management advice,
training and information that meets the needs of clients on a regular or
as required basis, and oversee the process for disposal of records to
ensure compliance with the State Records Act 2000.

 

This pool recruitment process will run for a period of 12 months. This
process may be used to fill ongoing fixed term contracts, secondments,
acting/relieving and permanent opportunities on a full time or part time
basis.
