The Company:

is a leading Oil & Gas Operator with two major Multi $bn LNG projects
underway.

 

The Role:

of Document Controller will be on the Downstream Information Management
Team for a large LNG project which is now in fabrication stages. 

Responsibilities include:
- Processing work requests.
- Liaising with customers.
- Coordinating the asset teams on Interface document flow.
- Checking / validating / verifying all documentation, including correct
numbering, revisions, status format, title and legibility.
- Registering documents into the Document Management System.
- Distributing documents via the System.
- Issuing reports and archiving of project records.
- Implementing the Document Control systems and procedures and
supporting the role out of the new DMS product.

 

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

- Must have a number of years previous experience in Document Control,
ideally from an Oil & Gas environment.
