Great news!  Claremont Library will be reopening to the public 16 January 2012.
The library has been relocated to the Claremont Community Hub (Old Town Hall) at 327 Stirling Highway.
The Town of Claremont is looking for three exceptional customer service orientated people with library experience to join their library team in the newly refurbished Claremont Community Hub (Library, Council Chambers and Community Centre)
 Working on a part time basis, you will have

  *   Relevant on the job training in library procedures and software or similar environment.
  *   Demonstrated experience within a customer service environment.
  *   High level of written and verbal communication skills (can effectively relate to people from diverse backgrounds).
  *   Highly developed administrative skills including effective organisational and time management skills.
  *   Ability to work without direct supervision and as part of a team.
  *   Sound computer literacy and efficient keyboard skills and willingness to engage with new technology.
  *   Ability to work rostered hours, currently Monday to Saturday.
