Looking for a volunteering opportunity that would look good on your CV?

 

Then volunteer to assist with the ALIA New Librarians Symposium!  

 

Being held 16 - 18th September, we are calling for volunteers to assist
with such items as:

*	Assisting in the preparation for registration
*	Assisting the registration process when delegates register
*	Lobby and hall space monitoring ensure traffic flow, guidance of
room location 
*	Monitoring of rooms to ensure Chairpersons are onsite, etc
*	Assistance getting library tour delegates to locations

There are a limited number of positions available. It will be a first
come, first served basis of selection. 

 

Your commitment of a half day shift entitles you to attend the other
half of the same day of the Conference, free of charge.
