FYI this expression of interest (EOI) for IM and Document Controllers at
Woodside. 

 

Please note that this EOI is targeted at graduates and not students. The
salary is not stated, as it is only an EOI at this stage. I am informed
that successful applicants will be contacted for interviews and this
would be the time to raise the salary question.

 

Also, be informed that Woodside is seeking professionals who have the
bigger picture of information management vs the narrower focus on
records or archives only. If you did my Recordkeeping Concepts and
Practice Unit, you will recall we covered what are controlled documents
and how they are managed in the last lecture on Quality Records. 

Doing Curtin's records and archives program does qualify you to perform
the role of a Document Controller at Woodside. Hence, feel confident
applying for this position.

Expressions of Interest - a) Information Management personnel and b)
Document Controllers

This is an opportunity to express your interest in joining Woodside. We
currently have several exciting projects which are progressing rapidly
and will require Information Management personnel Document Controllers
of varying levels to work within our Information Management Group.

In these roles you will assist with the management and provision of
service of the full information lifecycle and implementation of
infromation management plans and improvement projects with business
units and engineering projects.

To be successful you will need to have relevant experience in
Information Management / Document Control, together with excellent
organisational, interpersonal and communication skills. A positive and
proactive attitude is a must.

We encourage you to outline your interest in either the Information
Management or Document Controller role in the cover letter.
