**Survive or Thrive? Leadership for Libraries' Future**

 

You are invited to attend a panel discussion on the leadership and
management skills required to take libraries forwards into the future,
to ensure libraries thrive, not just survive.

 

Special guest speakers include:

Ms Margaret Allen, Chief Executive Officer and State Librarian, SLWA Mrs
Anne Banks-McAllister, Chief Executive Officer of Shire of Peppermint
Grove Dr Mary Davies, University Librarian and Director, Information
Technology Services, UWA

 

The event will be held Friday 29th October, 2010. 

2.00 for 2.15pm start, in the State Library of Western Australia
Theatrette (Ground floor)

 

Tickets $15 for ALIA members, students and retirees, $25 for non-ALIA
members - includes afternoon tea.
