Primary Location WA-Perth - Inner-Leederville

Use your skills and experience in a specialist role. 
The Water Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic Document Management
Analyst to be part of our Operational team where your key role will be
the delivery of an efficient and effective electronic document and mail
management service to meet the Corporation's business needs.

This role requires a dynamic and customer focussed individual with
advanced Microsoft Office skills to provide advice and guidance to the
business with regard to best practice Document Management processes,
including document naming standards and conventions.

You will efficiently respond to client enquiries and assist with
Alliance Partner Liaison to enable the implementation of appropriate
document management processes and practices. Other duties will include
the registration and management of contracts, geotechnical reports and
Ministerial documentation in the corporate electronic document and
records management system (Open Text eDocs).

Your strong analytical abilities and report writing skills will ensure
the efficient production and delivery of Business Process and Audit
Reports. You will also draw from your considerable experience in a
Records/Document Management environment to indirectly supervise staff as
well as deliver training to regional Records Administrators and eDocs
Local User Experts as required.

In exchange for your expertise we offer a relaxed, friendly and flexible
work environment. Salary is between $62,000 and $67,000 pa commensurate
with skills and experience.
