Sorry! I posted to the list earlier when I was actually still at work but 
when I got home and checked my bookcase I realised I no longer have the book 
in my possession I must have already given it away - the library text book I 
still have that I confused it with is Casell, K.A & Hiremath, U, (2006), 
Reference and Information Services in the 21st Century an introduction. 
London, Facet Publishing.

So sorry about that - if anyone wants that as well I'd also be willing to 
sell it to them at a very reasonable price, it's also in almost new 
condition.

I have a copy of Stueart, R.D.& Moran, B.B. (2007). Library and

services management.  7th edn.  Westport, Conn: Libraries Unlimited. In
almost
new condition - have graduated so no longer need it. I can bring it next
time I'm on campus which is next monday.
